At Max Way Tours & Travels®, we follow a strict cancellation policy to ensure smooth operations and confirmed reservations.
1. Hotel & Resort Bookings
- Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- After 48 hours, cancellation will not be entertained.
- No refund shall be provided after 48 hours under any circumstances.
- Peak season and special event bookings may be completely non-refundable from the time of confirmation.
2. Cab Services
- Cancellation allowed only within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- After 48 hours, 100% cancellation charges apply.
- No-show cases are treated as full cancellation.
3. Tour Packages
- Cancellation must be requested in writing.
- Within 48 hours: administrative charges may apply.
- After 48 hours: no refund unless specified in writing.
4. Flights
- Subject strictly to airline policy.
- Airline and service charges apply.
- Refund timeline depends on airline processing.
5. Visa Services
- Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
6. Non-Refundable Clause
Once 48 hours have passed from booking confirmation, the customer shall not be entitled to any cancellation or refund for Hotels, Resorts, or Cab Services.
7. Force Majeure
No refund shall apply in case of:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Pandemic situations
- Political unrest
Refunds, if any, are subject strictly to supplier policies.
Char Dham Helicopter Disclaimer
Helicopter services for Char Dham Yatra are completely weather-dependent and operated by third-party aviation companies approved by the Government of Uttarakhand.
Max Way Tours & Travels® acts only as a booking facilitator.
In case of cancellation due to:
- Bad weather
- Technical issues
- Air traffic restrictions
- Government orders
The decision of the helicopter operator shall be final and binding.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per the helicopter company’s policy. Service charges are non-refundable.
No compensation shall be payable for:
- Weather delays
- Trip curtailment
- Rescheduling
- Additional hotel stays
Passengers are strongly advised to keep buffer days in their travel plan.
Please ensure all corrections are implemented properly and reflected in the final live version of the website.
